This program is an educational financing program for SPM / STPM / Matriculation / Diploma / Bachelor potential, low-income households (RM4,000 and below) from a challenging background for quality tertiary education. Offer education funding program is open to all Malaysian Bumiputera who have performance and interested in furthering their studies to higher learning institutions (IPT)
