Biasiswa SPAN provides an opportunity for outstanding Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) graduates in 2021 to further their studies from the preparatory stage to the first degree at public universities in the country. It is SPAN’s dream to nurture a holistic young generation and then step into a career to meet the needs of the country’s water and sewerage regulation sector.

Biasiswa SPAN not only cover tuition fees and various allowances, but SPAN also provides development programmes that are organized and structured to hone students’ leadership talents, interpersonal skills, and critical thinking in preparation before stepping into the real world of work.

Successful candidates will have the opportunity to serve at SPAN after graduation.

SPAN offers full scholarships from matriculation/foundation level to first degree level in local public universities in the following areas of studies:

1. Technical (Engineering, Materials Surveying)
2. Economy/Business
3. Finance/Accounting
4. Information Technology/Data Science

*NOTE: Successful applicants will only be awarded a conditional scholarship offer until they have received an official offer of study from an MQA-recognized local public university.
